Every enquiry is checked against your rules before anything happens.

Built around how your business actually operates — availability, urgency and priority rules all factor in before Syna decides whether an enquiry gets booked or handed to a person.

  1. An enquiry comes in

Whether it's 9am or 2am, the enquiry reaches Syna first — a call, a message or a form, on whichever channels are set up.

  2. It's checked against your rules

Availability, urgency and priority rules all factor into how the enquiry is classified — the same factors a good receptionist would weigh, applied consistently every time.

  3. Routine enquiries become a record in your CRM

If the enquiry is routine, it's booked directly as a real record inside your CRM or workflow, depending on the integration. No separate inbox, no manual re-entry.

  4. Urgent or unclear enquiries go to a person

If an enquiry doesn't clearly fit the routine path, either because it's urgent or because the situation isn't well defined, it's handed to a live person rather than resolved by the system on its own.

  5. The customer gets a confirmation

Every enquiry ends with a message confirming what happens next, so the customer sees a response right away.

Compliance, in full

Syna only responds to incoming enquiries and callbacks your customers request. It doesn't send unsolicited messages.

A requested callback means a customer has asked to be contacted, for example after leaving a message or filling out a form. Syna never initiates contact a customer hasn't asked for.
